Ultimate Initiative: Thunderbolts (New Version)

Year after Alliance saved the world from Children of Tomorrow (coming soon), team has disbanded.
US Government decided to form a Task Force of the most dangerous killers, assasins and mutants on the planet. Their mission is to destroy HAMMER, new terrorist organization assembled by AIM, Hand and HYDRA leftovers.

Maria Hill - ex-SHIELD agent, has been chosen to lead the team. 

Frank Castle - Punisher - ex-NY police officer, whose family got killed by mobsters. Since then he was brutally killing every criminal he encountered. 

James Barnes - Winter Soldier - Steve Rogers's best friend, modified after WWII into HYDRA's super soldier. He is now reformed, even though he never regained his memories. 

Howard Stark - Iron Patriot - Tony Stark's nephew, who got infected in techno-cancer by Ultron, transcended his mind into cyber-dimension, what made him first true Cyber-Intelligence. His mind now takes control over every Iron Man armor.

Rick Jones - A-Bomb - In his teenage years Rick was Hulk's friend. 2 years ago, he was abducted by HAMMER organization, where they experimented on Rick, in purpose to create their own Gamma Warrior. Rick transformed into A-Bomb and ran away from HAMMER, after he swore revenge on them. As A-Bomb he keeps his intelligence.

Bradley Thompson - Ex-Marine, Bradley was Peter Parker's friend. When he was on a mission in Afghanistan he was shot in his spine, which cost him use of his legs. Back in USA, after Eddie Brock's death, black symbiote merged with Brad, making him new Venom. With help of Spider-Man, Brad has now full control over the suit.

Laura Kinney - X-23 - Weapon X, secret organization responsible for "creating" Wolverine, raised Laura since her early childhood to be the best assasin. They tried to give her adamntium bones and claws, just like those of Wolverine. They succeded and sent her to kill Wolverine. She was defeated by X-Men, but they convnced her to join them. She refused, but now as free woman, she didn't know what to do...she decided to destroy Weapon X.

Michael Morbius - Michael is a son of Count Dracule himself. He hated him for killing his beloved woman. Morbius was exiled from his father's house. He swore revenge on his father and all his vampire servants. He's been hunting them for almost 200 years. Because Xarus, his half-brother associated Dracula's Nosferatu with HAMMER, Michael decided to join Thunderbolts.

Raven Darkholme - Mystique - one of the first X-Men members, Mystique is also one of the most dangerous mutants on Earth. Taken into custody for assasinating Graydon Creed, anti-mutant activist. Mystique got the choice: Stay in Ryker's Island as prisoner or take part in Thunderbolts program.

Wade Wilson - Merc with a mouth. I think that's nuff said....
